Billing issues

I was on a pro plan and out of nowhere my plan level was changed from a plan under $100 to over $1,000. I have been very happy with Make.com but very concerned that there is no way to talk to a live person about critical issues. It has been several hours and no response to my ticket. I don’t want to simply downgrade as I don’t think that will provide me the refund I need. Any suggestions
