I would like to know if I can create a scenario depending on which button the customer has clicked ? Each button corresponding to a type of contract.
To give you the context : two buttons = monthly or annual subscriptions. That means when the monthly button is chosen → I need pennylane to create an automatic subscription through gocardless. (I do it manually for the moment but it’s time consuming…)

Do the buttons that you are referring to already exist in some kind of Sendinblue HTML email template? This part of your explanation isn’t really clear I am afraid…
But in general, by clicking the button (which needs to be the link to Make’s custom webhook), the scenario can be triggered. So I’m guessing you would need to have two scenarios, both starting with the custom webhook module. One for the monthly subs and the second for annual subs.
You would need to provide more context if you want more detailed help.
