Update order status changing from Woocommerce to Google sheets

Hello everyone,

I’m currently facing challenges in creating a scenario on Make.com and would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance for your help!

I’m attempting to set up a workflow where the status of WooCommerce orders is automatically updated in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. In this spreadsheet, I have a list of orders with their respective Order IDs and the statuses of each order as they were in the past.

The goal is to ensure that whenever an order status is changed in WooCommerce, the scenario should locate the corresponding order in the Google Sheets list and update its status there too.

If anyone has experience with this or can offer guidance on how to achieve this, I would be extremely grateful for your advice!

This is my working around for this setup but it’s not working:

Hi @kieuminhnhat

I noticed you’ve only used the Google Sheet update module. Before that, you might need a ‘Search Row’ module to retrieve the corresponding row for updating.

Please explain the issue, and if possible, share a Loom video so we can identify and address it.
